Ok, so this sounds super cool...an opportunity to wander around the Guggenheim in the middle of the night and watch Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho slowed down and played over 24 hours!Deploying time as a medium, Gordon's new iteration of the work 24 Hour Psycho (1993) slows down the 1960 Hitchcock thriller to a full-day cycle on a split screen installation, running the film both forward and in reverse. The museum will remain open through the night and visitors are encouraged to bring sleeping bags and stay through the whole event.
Donations are recommended but technically it's free. I also heard from a reliable source that 10pm is around the time that the shower scene is playing. Go check out the chocolate syrup they used for this scene to mimic the bloooood!
