Reduce, Reuse, Recraft- Spacecraft Freewheelin' Friday, June 19th

Since the weather reports for tomorrow are looking like rain, rain and more rain I thought I'd recommend some indoor fun that will satisfy your crafty side. Spacecraft in Brooklyn is my new favorite place on the planet and they're hosting a FREE event this Friday, June 19th from 12-5pm. Participants are encouraged to use their arsenal of recycled and donated materials to make your own fabulous, new creations. They'll be offering some fun ideas to get you started, but your imagination's the limit! This event is happening every Friday this summer, so you have no excuse not to attend. You can give/pay what you want at the door - monetary or material donations accepted. Craft away!

Something Fishy-Dead Herring Craft Fair Sunday 10/26!

The Dead Herring House, the usual supporters of excitement and revelry, are expanding their horizons beyond just hosting awesome shows and are having their first ever Craft Fair.

Come down to Dead Herring at 141 S. 5th St. on Sunday October 26th to support local artists and their wares. Featuring live DJs and everything from felt crafts, hand screened shirts, paintings, cookies and hand made atriums.

Everyone Loves Crafts! Do it!

Plus there is a little cross promotion going on, my tshirt company Gangsta Goodies will have a booth. Come say Hi! grab a GG tshirt and a vegan cupcake. It's free to get in so you have no excuse.
