Get Your Goat- Farm Sanctuary Tour $3

OK, so it seems everyone in New York City leaves town on the weekends in the summer.

Maybe I haven't been here long enough to want to get out or perhaps it's my close proximity to Central Park. I dunno. Either way, Farm Sanctuary is definitely something I would leave town for.

Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region, Farm Sanctuary is home to hundreds of rescued farm animals that you can visit in person. I highly recommend the scenic trip, plus children under 12 are just $1 and those under 3 can tour the farm for free!

You can visit Turkeys, Pigs, Cows and all kinds of other rescued farm animals.
And did I mention how adorable pigs are?

I saw this little piglet walking with her parents in DUMBO a few weeks ago.

You should definitely head on down to the farm.
